A: Pours a yeast-ridden yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap
S: Banana, vanilla, lactose, and light bready notes (assuming the Nilla wafers)
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the banana and vanilla notes and then picks up some lactose and the wafers. Finishes with lingering banana and vanilla
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid and interesting dessert beer that hits banana cream pie on the head. Not too sweet, either. Worth a shot

Tasted 9/14/19 from an undated can.
It pours unusually light and completely clarified from the first 2/3 of the can, it has all the color of Coors Light with a few extra bits in the bottom of the glass. Smell is light banana candy, with an almost adjuct whiff. Later pour (I didn't pour the whole can at once) was cloudy with lots of suspended bits. Taste was the same, which had more of the imitation banana taste. I didn't get any vanilla. There is a well blended smoothness to it. The malt is light, which given how light banana flavor is, makes sense. The last of the pour was heavy sediment, completely opaque, with a bit more depth to the flavor. The last sip the settled out vanilla wafers and their flavor made an appearance, too bad they weren't in for the whole show. All in all a worthy experiment, but this experiment is one to be learned from, as opposed to an instant hit. Given the degree of settling, this can't be right off the brewery truck, perhaps it was better fresher.
Farnham Milkshake IPA remains my standard in this class.
