A: Pours a reddish purple color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap
S: Raspberry and plum up front along with light salinity and tartness
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the raspberry and plum and then picks up the salt and light tartness that balances the fruit sweetness well. Finishes with lingering fruit
M: Medium-full bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid fruited gose that hides the 10% incredibly well. The alcohol, fruit sweetness, tartness, and salinity all balance each other out which makes this a dangerous brew. Worth checking out

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a nice looking semi-dark purple color with a light pink white foamy head. This fell off delicately. Some light lace ran around the glass nicely.
The aroma carried some red plums into some black raspberries then a soft touch of lemon sweetness and an even lighter note of grassiness.
The flavor lent a fair touch of sweet plum-like fruity tones into some black raspberries. Mild aftertaste of red plums, lemon, black raspberries and a light grassy tone.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. Some stickiness. Finishes crisp with some black raspberry-like sticky features.
Overall, the brewer says this is supposed to be a triple gose, I say it's a fruited sour ale. ABV is too high for the gose quality and true gose characters are nowhere to be found. It's still a nicely done beer well worthy of coming back to.
