Can to tulip.
The appearance had a semi-bright magenta to semi-purple glossed color toned body. Small white foamy head slid off delicately to leave some wispy lace.
The aroma had a very nice blend of red raspberry and red plum in front while small crisp semi-wheaty tones follow in.
The flavor leaned towards a mildly combined red raspberry to red plum sweet crisp fruitiness. Mostly red raspberry in the aftertaste, but some sour to tart red plum skin.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Plenty of tart clean red plum to red raspberry character pulling some scraping along my tongue.
Overall, wild ale or fruit beer, could be either one but definitely not a German gose as the brewer suggests. Still, would have again.
