Pours cloudy pale gold color with a robust 3 fingers soapy bright white head. Very attractive look. The aroma is bright with floral lemon notes, maybe some stone fruit. The taste is similar with a blast of bright lemon tangerine and maybe white peach notes with floral tones rather than sugary. There is a fairly strong bitterness even up front that sets in with the finish. Feel is lightly soft and maybe a bit watery but there is plenty of hop.flavor that fills out a missing body. This feels like substance.

This is a really intriguing beer. At 3.5% it packs a lot of flavor but is light and bright at the same time. Just sweet enough to cut the bitterness. I call this a well balanced session ale that is must try unless you can't take lemony hop notes.

Look: It pours hazy light yellow with a white head. Head retention is excellent.

Smell: It has very resin like aromas with dank pine and light orange elemets.

Taste: The flavors have some dried orange fruit flavors with a slight bit of pineapple and a touch of pepper.

Feel: It has a light body.

Overall, this is flavorful with a touch of water like texture and certainly easy drinking.

I was very surprised; zesty lemon hops and great carbonation. Well made session IPA with super low ABV. I normally drink IPAs around double the alc but this is DELICIOUS!!!

From a 16oz can dated 6/10/21. From the BBC Instagram post: “This is our first time using Strata and holy cow this hop is something special! The Strata comes from our friends @crosbyhops and bursts with flavors and aromas of Ripe Mango, Papaya, & Pineapple Popsicles. With waves of Mandarin Orange and Lemon Zest in the finish.” This is an awesome beer at a 3.5% ABV. Lots of flavor. Perfect summer drink at lunch when you still have chores to do!

A: Pours a hazy yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap

S: Dank herbal notes and some lighter citrus and fruit

T: Follows the nose. Starts off with a mix of citrus and dank herbal notes. Picks up some lighter fruity notes. Finishes with lingering dank notes

M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation

O: A solid single-hop session IPA that does a nice job showcasing the strata hops. Super easy to drink. Worth a drink
