can to snifter.

LOOK: Hazy medium yellow, medium frothy off white head with very good retention.
AROMA: light citrus and grass, pleasant but very minimal strength of aroma. Melon comes in more as it warms.
TASTE: tangerine, melon, papaya, palm, soft oat-like malt.
FEEL: light to medium body, good carbonation and crisp refreshing feel upfront. Slightly sticky finish.

Martian Dawn

Burlington Beer Company IPA-Imperial / Double New...

The tropical a d creamy aroma is intense. The feel is light, juicy and smooth. Grainy, light golden malts with cantaloupe and red current in the hop combo makes it easy to drink and unique. I can not believe this is 8.2%abv. Hop juice from the gods above

From a 16oz can dated 02/21/23 so not particularly fresh. Nice, but certainly better a few months ago.

Look...maximum hazy with a yellow and foamy white head and no floaties. A straw yellow
Smell...Light hint of juice and mango, tangerine, papaya. I feel that the smell has dissipated a bit since the first few. Faint but still
Taste...Orange rind and grapefruit with a very smooth balance that I really appreciate. The hops have a really nice tropical yet bitter back drop. A well executed NEIPA
Feel.. A slick and not too full bodied but yet pulpy enough to properly execute the style.
Overall...i really believe I should have rated this beer somewhat earlier than I did. The taste has fallen off a bit but this is excellent. This beer makes me realize I will continue to sample more of the stock.. Great job Burlington Beer Company

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance - The beer pours a super hazy orange-yellow color with a one finger head of puffy white foam. The head fades very slowly over time leaving a ton of foamy and streaky lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strong of a yeasty and bready smell mixed with some citrus aromas of tangerine and orange. Along with these smells comes some light notes of pineapple and mango, along with a decent hit of grapefruit and herb.
Taste – The taste begins with a nice bready and yeasty flavor mixed with some orange and grapefruit flavors. At the same time there are hints of tangerine and papaya which initially get stronger, but then dwindle a bit. At the same time, as the taste advances the hop increases a bit with more grapefruit and herbal flavors joining in. Some light pine flavors and a bit a loss of some orange comes at the end, leaving one with a flavorful, somewhat malty, just moderately hoppy, taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is thick and chewy with a carbonation level that is lower. For the style and the abv. the feel is rather nice and makes for a nice sipper.
Overall – A nice hazy brew with a bit of a more malty base. Not too potent on hop, but flavorful non the less.

Pours a hazy yellow with a small head and light lacing.

Smells of slightly dank floral hops and citrus.\ and melon.

Tastes of slightly tart grapefruit, lemon and honeydew melon with a slightly bitter finish.

Medium body and light carbonation. Lightly syrupy mouthfeel.

This is a very drinkable, juicy, mild mannered but nuanced brew.

Good serving temp 50°. Grape and Stone fruit. New Zealand Pacific sunrise hops are a bit spicy for me. Good fruit but a tangy quality I don’t enjoy in beer.
