I didn’t get to try the six anniversary because of the pandemic so was excited to try this year anniversary. I thought it was solid. Very glad to see that the brewery gave it some distribution to southern Vermont. Traveling to BBCO in Burlington is not easy and trading gets so tiresome wrapping beers and mailing.

Canned 5/19/2021
In Belgian tulip
Poured @ 53 degrees F
Appearance - hazy/turbid, bright orange (like the skin of a peach)
Aroma- grapefruit, melon
Taste- The terepenes really beat you in the face with the combination of solventy alcohol really detracts from the flavors in this beer. Can get melon...maybe...and honey.
Feel- Slightly slick. Carbonation is medium to light. Mouthfeel is medium.
Overall- I try to at least try these beers every year. The 6th anniversary was slightly better than this. The alcohol and terepenes really detract from a lot of the hop flavor. But, I will continue to try these every year as long as I can get them as I think Burlington beer co has some clear winners in their portfolio.
