its crazy this is an imperial gose, its 8% abv it totally hidden, it snuck up on us a bit because this is so summery and drinkable, the flavors are awesome and the texture doesnt feel big to me, not out of place or forced strong or anything, so its a creeper if you arent careful. awesome can art on this, a pineapple and toasted coconut gose, super tropical, tastes like vacation. both the pineapple and coconut are natural, bold as they are in the aroma and flavor, maybe a little candied on the pineapple side, but it drinks like a proper pina colada, and the saltiness is right on, it highlights both of these elements and unites them. i do taste some wheat in here which is necessary to keep it beery, and the sourness is clean and mellow, not real tart at all, so its not tough on the belly either. the coconut is a little in front of the pineapple as it warms and i like that. it could maybe use a little more carbonation, and its slightly dense with all the sediment, but the flavors make it light. really fun beer here, i like what the salt does, and overall i think this is unique and well executed. my wife and i were into it, a nice companion to a competitive game of parcheesi. these guys are making some seriously out there beers these days...
