Brewed exclusively with Cashmere hops, a delicate new-ish hop variety. Washington State University bred Cashmere hops from Cascade and Northern Brewer. First released in 2013 and gaining popularity ever since. We're picking up a range of flavors and aromas. Tropical fruit in the nose, followed by waves of Citrus fruit. Lemon, Lime, and Orange Marmalade. We're also tasting ripe Melon, Peaches, and Lemongrass.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy whitish yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled won, leaving a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of citrus are present in the nose - lime seems to stand out in particular.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of melon. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is very easy to drink and doesn't feel that heavy on the palate.

Look: yellow and orange haze, white foam spreads out fast, thin cover.
Nose: The Cashmere hops have a very interesting aroma: a mix of citrus and floral. Sweet orange cream and star gazer lilies.
Feel & Flavor: More floral and spicy citrus in the cashmere hop blast. Black pepper and leafy wet earth notes. Light to medium body for a NE style IPA, crisp and light, not as smooth or silky as some, but light and clean for sure. Muted Stone fruit rounds it out.
Overall: Cashmere hops are very unique and rather interesting. Floral citrus is the deal.
