From the pint can, it pours a clear golden color with a very nice white head that slowly reduces and leaves lacing. Scent is slightly grassy with malt notes. The mouth gets a slightly bitter brew that is easy to drink and satisfying.

This sure tasted like a honey kolsch, not a pilsner. Not sure if that was the goal, but that's what I got. I was in Vermont not that long ago but didn't get to try anything from this brewery, so when I found it at my local store I figured it was worth a shot. It has plenty of flavor, just not what I was expecting from a light European-style pilsner. Maybe they should rebrand it?

Not a bad first try at making a Pilsner style brew by the BBC. It's not great, but it's decent.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance - The brew is served a clear golden color with a small head of foam. The head fades fast leaving a touch of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell- The aroma is strong of a grain and wheat smell mixed with a touch citrus and hay. Along with this is some light caramel and toast.
Taste - The taste begins with a grain and wheat taste mixed with a bit of caramel. There is a big grain and malt presence which persists. At the end a touch of hay joins in, leaving a malty and grainy taste on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body is thick with a moderate carbonation level.
Overall - To malty, but decent.

Golden color and nearly clear. Small but lasting head which provides plentiful streaks and spots on the glass.
Mild smell with some light pils malt and flowery hop.
Quite spritzy with a lighter body. There’s a pleasant berry sweetness to the malt. The straight up hop provides balance but a shorter aftertaste. Overall, this is better than I expected given the current ratings. I would definitely order this again.

Can. Gold with very slight chill haze head and lace. Authentic grassy noble crackery aroma. Crackery light sweetness with absent finish. Needs more herbal bitterness. Light smooth soft body.

I have to agree with other reviewers, it's not a true pilsner as it drinks very much like an American lager.
Flavor is slightly crisp with a vaguely sweet undertone of white bread. Hop profile is low. Sweet and very slightly bitter with some notes of lemon peel but not much else. No real pronounced, floral, snappy or "pilsner"-like hop profile to this. It is a very refreshing and easy drinking beer however.
Not bad. I don't doubt that it's made in the style of a pilsner, it just doesn't taste like a true one. That being said I suppose this would be a good entry beer into the style for newbies; whereas more intense offerings may scare them off. Enjoyed this but most likely I won't ever come back to it.
Like the brewery is saying on their website, I would agree that this is solid "anytime" or lawnmower beer. I don't think anyone would bat an eye or have anything to say if they were just calling this an American Lager instead of a German Pilsner. Overall it's tasty but not true to style.

Jeez, I thought the recent super low review was an outlier, but it's spot on. This is not a pilsner by any stretch, just an American lager. It's okay as a beer, it's not okay to market a Pilsner.
On tap at a cool local place and came here specifically to try it. Very disappointed.

From a 12oz can with no date (mix-pack box is dated 3/6/24) into a pint glass.
Pours a nearly translucent orangish gold with maybe half a finger of white head. Not so great retention and just a teeny bit of lacing.
Aromas of sweet corn and fresh cut grass.
Nice balance of the aromas in the taste. Just a bit of crisp spiciness in there too.
Medium bodied. Medium carbonation. Light bitter aftertaste.
Overall, a very nice pils.

Disappointed. Bought a 12 pack because it said Pilsner. Furthest thing from it. A weak lager at best.
