This monumental brew encapsulates all we've learned and loved about crafting hoppy ales over the years, revisiting the spirit of our 5th Anniversary Triple IPA.
Dry-hopped at an extraordinary rate of ten pounds per barrel, this Triple IPA features a handpicked selection of our favorite hops: Riwaka, Pink, Pacific Sunrise, and Cryo Pop. These hops are renowned for their vibrant and complex profiles, each bringing a unique contribution to this celebratory brew. Riwaka offers bursts of grapefruit and passion fruit, Pink adds a touch of berry nuances, Pacific Sunrise shines with citrus and tropical notes, and Cryo Pop rounds out the bouquet with its powerful punch of stone fruit and citrus.
The foundation of this ale is just as meticulously crafted. It utilizes barley, oat malt, and flaked oats to create a soft, fluffy malt character that perfectly supports the weight of the hop load. This careful malt blend ensures that each sip is smooth and flavorful, providing a luxurious backdrop to the hops' dazzling display.
Expect a sensory explosion with every pour: a kaleidoscope of aromas from floral to fruity and a flavor profile that dances across the palate with notes of citrus zest, juicy tropical fruits, and a hint of pine. This Triple IPA reflects our journey, a culmination of ten years of passion, dedication, and all the ups and downs of the last ten years.

Canned 5/22/24. Drank 6/19/24
Pour is an opaque straw yellow with a finger of off white head. Moderate retention and decent lacing.
Nose is a ton of fresh citrus rind, berries, grapefruit, tropical fruit, a bit dank.
Taste follows. Fresh citrus rind, grapefruit, tropical fruit, berries, passion fruit. Alcohol is well hidden. Beer is not overly sweet as some NEIPA tend to be.
Soft, pillowy mouthfeel.
