Queen City’s unfiltered wheat beer, produced exclusively from German malt, wheat, and hops, is complex and refreshing. The large percentage of wheat provides a pleasant creaminess and long-lasting head, while our distinctive yeast produces subtle banana- and clove-like notes in both the aroma and flavor, which perfectly balance the bready character of the malt. Canned 2020/08/24, hope it's still good
Pours a med fizzy frothy head with med retention, a bit of soapy lacing, semi hazy med golden wheat color
Nose is nice, creamy doughy wheat, light banana and fruity esters, light clove and floral spice phenols
Taste is fairly fruity, some banana, but also tree fruit, into more floral spicy phenols, little clove, white pepper, creamy doughy wheat with a little vanilla as well, light bitterness, dry finish
Mouth is med to a little lighter bod, semi creamy, lighter carb
Overall not bad, I'll have to try this again fresh

A stern pour from a 12-oz. can yields a skinny finger of white soapy foam with below average retention and spots of lace.
Yellowish straw color, appears orange straw in sunlight. Cloudy, can't read through it.
The smell is lemon 1st with cracker, wheat thins, wheat bread dough, faint clove and floral hops. It smells as if it l would be sweet to the taste. These item follow to the taste minus the lemon
Wheat leads the taste, neutral on sweetness with a balanced mild bitterness of hops and spice. The malt taste is wheat bread and dough, on the rich side. There is a slight astringency yet alcohol is well hidden. The finish is wheaty and malty, long yet ends clean. Not much of an aftertaste, faint hops and clove.
Medium-light bodied with soft, plentiful carbonation. It has the expected wheaty bite with a refreshing, almost crisp feel.
The label has an accurate description of this beer, however I do not detect banana and the head shrunk away a little to soon. Barvarian-style Wheat Beer, well played.

FRom the can, it pours a hazy light golden amber with virtually not head. Some banana notes in the nose, along with a bit of bread. Taste has a bit of bread and a touch more hops than one would expect from a wheatbier. Not bad, but not a bavarian style hefeweizen.

I tried this beer at the brewery. It poured a hazy orangish with thin white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had faint banana and clove notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with banana and clove spice presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.

On tap at Conley's. Tap lines might be flat. Would like to try again. Update: much better at Mister Downs in Middlebury!
