Not a massive Blanche fan has to be said.
Pours a nice hazy blonde with decent head. Using a chalice glass to aid retention.
Aroma is spicy and floral, think an aisian dry ingredients market and you get the idea.
Taste is pleasant too, mild on the palate, refreshing floral notes. Not as heavy as on the nose.
A bit on the watery side, but all Blanches are, best suited to a hot lunch time brew.
Overall it is pretty good. Better than Hoegaarden in my opinion and if you are happy quaffing 5% beer, then one to try.

Cerveza ligera, de carbonatación media y con una gran cabeza espumosa. En aroma destaca la malta, el trigo y sus notas cítricas. En boca es suave, cítrica, y se siente el trigo y un poco de cilantro.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium top of white creamy head that dissolves in a moderate pace and leaves some sticky lacings. The aroma is a little weak with notes of orange peel, corriander, wheat and spices. The taste follows the nose for the most. Slightly dry and fruity with notes of spices. Orange peel, corriander and peppercorn is noticeable in the taste, but it is kind of watery with a weak aftetaste. Mouthfeel is crisp and smooth but watery with a light body and a prickly carbonation.
A decent enough witbier, but is a lot of better examples of it's style out there.

Whiteish yellow color with thick head with good retention.
Sweet aroma with notes of coriander, oranges, wheat and lemongrass.
Flavor with notes of ginger, coriander, nutmeg, lots of yeasty, orange peel and anise.
Medium dry aftertaste with a low bitterness.
Light to medium body with effervescent carbonation.
Perfumy and yeasty Witbier with lots of spices (not hot) and a character of its own.

From Alcampo. In Teku glass. At lunch, after futsal match. With rice soup + chicken. Correct implementation of the style, with the usual notes well implemented
