** This beer was brewed exclusively for The Music Village in Brussels **
Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is full of lemons, Belgian yeast, biscuit malt and a little bit of white pepper. The flavor is similar. I get a lot of spicy Belgian yeast as well as some grain and pale malts. There is a little bit of fruit in the flavor but it is lighter than it was in the aroma. Medium mouthfeel and high carbonation.
