Cerveza de color ámbar oscuro, con una gran cabeza blanca persistente. En su aroma se percibe malta, miel, pera y manzana. En boca es una cerveza refrescante, ligeramente ácida.

Poured from a german yeast catcher bottle (not like the pic) into a tulip-ish glass. BB date: 14/03/19.

Look: Nice coppery coloring with slightly offwhite head that hangs on to the surface of the beer comprised of tiny bubbles.
Smell: I am kind of sick as if this writing, but I got a fruityness and a breadiness
Taste: Caramely, sweet and maybe a bit berryish-ness from the yeast esters, malty
Feel: Medium body but the carbonation really lightens it up and it foams on your palate. Not too sticky or slick, slight bitterness left on the tongue after you swallow your sip though.
Overall: Not bad for a (cheapish) Belgian beer, would get again to pair with a dinner or something like that.

Best before March 14th 2019. Pours..a huge amount of foam, not a gusher, mind you. It looks to be a clear copper colour. Smells very fruity. Peach, strawberry, sour apples,. Where the smell seemed very vibrant, the taste is a 180. Light apple fruity tartness, goodish malt backbone, a dash of pepper. Alcohol comes through stronger than it should. Not very appealing. Fairly light body and carbonation. Meh.

First thing, overcarbonated, even I managed it carefully, foam splashed all over. Deep golden colour, bit head that fades to a thin layer. Correct lacing. Aroma of fruits, pears, apricots, peaches, notes of spices, cloves. Medium to light body, creamy palate. Taste is surprisingly a bit sour, but the fruits are there, pear, peaches. caramel. Good.

From Alcampo. In La Trappe Chalice. Playing Blackwell Epiphany. Geyser when openened but taste and aroma are fine. A bit dull at first but with some sugaryness that makes it more interesting, so much that I even enjoyed it in the end.

best before 18-07-06. Perfect poor with nice white head and perfectly clear. Brown beercolor with litle bit of cuppertone in it. Nose is complex giving you hops, greenmaltarome and worts in a yeastspice arome. Caramellic notes being in the nose but also in your first sip. Wondering if I should call this burnt, caramellic, hoppy or grainy. Well whatever this one has a wonderfull complexity. Mouthfeel misses some extra bubbles and wonder if there was a refermentation in the botle but probably not. Drinkability is ok but the wortnote started working negative on taste after 1/2 a glass.
