In collaboration with the Virginia Historical Society, we present "Charlotte Shandy". We’ve taken inspiration from a handwritten recipe out of Charlotte County, Virginia, 1840. This "Lemon Beer", is light, slightly sweet, crisp, and blended well on the finish. Dryhopped for additional aromatics, and given a slightly higher carbonation level, this shandy is perfectly crushable for the end of summer.
