Beer pours a beautiful deep gold color with a light head. The beer has a wonderful crispiness followed by a full bready flavor. A slight hoppy flavor comes through at the end which takes away from the beer feeling too heavy. Overall a very refreshing and bright beer which I would say is my favorite wheat beer.

Happy Valley Brewing Co. "Hayday"
$6/pint on tap at the brewery on 08/13/22
Notes: Hazy orange body beneath a bright white head. Both the head retention and lacing are good. Sweet, bready, wheaty, and lightly honeyish malt greets you in the nose. The flavor follows with the same maltiness and a light fruitiness that's like distant orchard fruits. A moderate to median bitterness balances it and leads to a mostly dry finish with some malt hanging on but steadily fading. In the mouth it's medium bodied and gently crisp. This is pretty much what you expect of an American wheat ale. Nicely done.

Pretty non-descript but drinkable and easy...hops aren’t overdone and add a nice bite at the end, wheat is aleo pretty balanced, doesn’t jump off the page but good
