Had on-tap at the brewpub poured into a tulip.
L: Great looking beer... clear dark burgundy pour with thick foamy white head. Great retention and sticky lacing.
S: Nothing. Literally no aroma.
T/F: Follows the nose. Just about nothing going on. Lightly sweet malts... missing pretty much all Belgian characteristics. Mouthfeel is good... creamy on the tongue and well carbonated.
O: Another Happy Valley strikeout. It looks great, doesn't smell like anything, and it should be damned near impossible to make a 7% ABV beer with this little flavor. There's nothing offensive here, but nothing to recommend it either.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
