Had on-tap at the brewery. Poured into a taster glass. A single hop (citra) IPA.
L: Nearly clear golden pour with 2 fingers of fluffy white head.
S: Citrus and resin.
T/F: Follows the nose... biscuity grains and citrusy hops. Grapefruit and orange rind... mild spice. Nice bitterness.... balanced and drinkable. Fairly light bodied with more citrus juice at the finish.
O: A nice single-hop IPA. Hard not to like citra, and they did solid work with this one.
