On tap at the brewery.

Pours a golden color with minimal head and lacing. Carbonation looks a bit below average.

Smells mildy sweet. Corn, grains, a hint of lemon.

Taste follows the nose. Lightly hopped, buttery, a light cereal grain profile.

Mouthfeel is on the lighter side of medium bodied with below average, but slightly zesty carbonation. Actually suits the style, even if a bit thin. Glad it's not overly carbonated.

This is a solid brew for what it is. It's fairly simple, but it's an easy drinker and pretty refreshing. A good one to have on tap when it's warm.

a well made, but fairly unspectacular brew. although, being a helles, I guess they actually kinda nailed the prequisites for the style - it's fluffy, light on sweetness and malt and hops are non-existent. it's better than one of the lifeless major label brews on market, but not by much.

12oz can poured into pint glass. 090621 printed on bottom of can so it should be only a month old. Picked up at grocery store as part of a $10 sixer mixer.

Appearance - Pours very large 3-4 finger head with decent retention. Hazy body with a very strange color for a beer. A light brown without any amber to it. Just a straight, flat, light brown.

Smell - Musky grass and corn. 3

Taste - Strangely bitter for a lager. Some thin honey sweetness under it. 2.75

Mouthfeel - Light bodied. Astringent. Not very refreshing. 2.5

Overall - Not very enjoyable. Maybe I'm just not a fan of the style? Might be bad even for the style. 2.5

A clear gold color. Moderate white head, a little bit of lace.
Sweet grain aroma. A little perfumey.
Sweet corn taste.
A solid, unspectacular beer. It hits the spot when it's 97 degrees outside.
