Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours nearly black with a frothy tan head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Roasty, earthy, herbal spice, mild smoke and char, coffee, dark and dried fruit, slightly woody, a hint of licorice and molasses, toasty bread, and a touch of dark sugar sweetness.
T: Roasty, earthy, a touch of smoke and char, black coffee, strong dark/dried fruit presence, plum, cherry, and black currant, herbal spice, a hint of licorice, faint chocolate, a bit of toasty bread, and a little molasses and dark sugar/toffee sweetness.
M: On the fuller end of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: I've tried my fair share of porters, but very few have been Baltic style so I had to do a little homework while drinking this one, and it checks pretty much every box for the style. While not my favorite style of porter, big respect for how well made it is.

Dark brown-black body, tight tan-brown head, half a finger with small bubbles.
Taste is a more intense version of the nose. Chocolately, sweet biscuit, light roasted coffee, nice refreshing bitterness on the back end. Very light and effervescent.
