The beer pours out a clear golden color with a tinge of haze and 1 finger of white head------------- the aromas are of grapefruit, guava and pine(light aroma)------------ the flavors are of grapefruit peel, pine, woodsy, earthy and lesser guava, the beer has a medium slick mouthfeel with a bitter pine finish--------------- overall this beer was nice, it's a solid west coast ipa lots of pine and earthy aromas with a bitter dry finish

I get what I described as a malty green flavor. This is a curious one, as the citra isn't front and center but instead lends some subtle tropical undertones. Something different, indeed.
