The beer pours out a clear golden color with a tinge of haze and 1 finger of white head------------- the aromas are of grapefruit, guava and pine(light aroma)------------ the flavors are of grapefruit peel, pine, woodsy, earthy and lesser guava, the beer has a medium slick mouthfeel with a bitter pine finish--------------- overall this beer was nice, it's a solid west coast ipa lots of pine and earthy aromas with a bitter dry finish

A: Hoppy with notes of citrus, light pine, coupled with moderate tropical fruit notes.

A: Gold color, excellent clarity, with a frothy, uniform white head with excellent retention, light lacing in the glass.

T: Very Crisp, Hoppy with citrus, light pine, faint resin and moderate tropical fruit flavors, light malt sweetness with a moderately-light hop bitterness.

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

O: Solid; the beer is super crisp with an interesting hop profile making it easy to drink.

I get what I described as a malty green flavor. This is a curious one, as the citra isn't front and center but instead lends some subtle tropical undertones. Something different, indeed.
