Clear yellow brew with a thin foam in the New Belgium snifter. This one is made with New Zealand hops Wakatu and Rakau. Hint of lime in the aroma with a touch of straw. Light flavors of sourdough bread with a hint of melon and lime peel.
Light and bright but could do with more carbonation. Highly drinkable but short on aromatics. A slight bitter aftertaste with something like grape leaves. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bine & Vine. Dated 07/27/20, less than a month ago.
