We use the proper dose of Hallertauer hops in this beer, so it only makes sense to name it appropriately. A toasty, bready, nutty lager that finishes clean. Our bock is fermented at typical lager temperatures and lagered until the yeast flocculate and settle naturally. We use a healthy dose of Vienna malt with a Munich malt base and a delicate hop addition.
