On tap. Poured a dark, dark brown color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of pine, chocolate malt and toasted caramel. Sweet citrusy taste with a piney bitterness and dark chocolate finish.

On tap at the microbrewery/bar
A: Chocolate black. A tan 2 finger head that lingers. Kickass lacing.
S: Chocolate, malts. Decadent.
T: Comes on like an Irish stout. Dry, chocolate, malty, sweet. Light hops. A great malt finish.
M: medium with medium carbonation.
O: My favorite of the 4 styles I've tried so far. The malts take this black IPA into the Milky Way. More, please.
