Shared bottle at local tasting. Golden colour. Interesting aroma of seaside and fermented vegetables. Dry, citrussy, spicy and slightly acidic flavour. Good beer.

750ml bottle served in my HF tulip. Pours a lovely translucent straw gold with a dense, 2.5 inch, bright white head that quickly dissipates into a sizzling slick. Copious tiny bubbles are present effervescing in-soltion. Nose expresses grassy notes, coriander and a light peppery quality. Taste reveals a lemony quality, in addition to the grassy notes, as well as something that tastes akin to artificial sweetener towards the back, which is mild, but slightly cloying between quaffs - nowhere do I get oysters or seaweed. Mouthfeel is light in body with a mild, even carbonation. Overall, interesting but the weird artificial sweetener character detracts from the promise suggested by the nose.
