At the brewery. Golden color with a thin head with short retention
Saison like aroma with notes of mild sour pineapple and herbaceous notes, white wine, pears and medicine.
Flavor with notes of herbaceous and medicinal hops, lemon, oranges, lemongrass, pineapple juice, white grapes and lychees. Dry aftertaste with a decent bitterness similar to a Belgian IPA and residual citrus acidity.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
They are well known by their Saisons giving a twist of new world hops. And they delivered this here. This feels medicinal herbaceous with citrusy and slightly piney notes.
