Pours unclear pale yellow with a big, bubbly white head. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a prominent sour, dry odor. Unripe gooseberries, citrus concentrate. Light touch of vinegar. Acerbic.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger sourness. Aftertaste is a bit thin and sour. Lingers shortly. Finish is dry like white wine.
Light summer beer with a decent intensity and a nice dry touch.
