Copenhagen 3/6 2022. 75 cl bottle from Mikkeller & Friends Bottle Shop, Torvehallerne, Kbh. K. Pale yellow in Burning Sky's usual style with a cornfield as motif.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a big white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light fruity sweet odor mingling with tart, unripe berries. Green apples, tart gooseberries, lemon. Whiff of vinegar. Little sweet grapes rummaging in the background.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oil, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with light sweetness followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a little bit watery. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Nice and dry - but a bit thin in flavor.
