Pours a hazy yellow with thick, soapy head.
Smell is fruity and peppery with some tart hints. Notes of dried fruit, apple, cloves and citrus.
Taste is fruity, spicy and peppery with a slight tartness. Notes of white pepper, dried apricot and citrus peel.
Mouthfeel is medium with effervescent carbonation.
Overall, a very nice modern saison.

Pours a clear pale straw, slight head that leaves a ring of lacing.
Smells and tastes of ham. I swear. Somehow, like saison Dupont it smells and tastes of peppery ham to me. Somehow that's good. More than hame it's the whole jambon beurre sandwich.
Feel is light and zingy.
