This iteration of our flagship mixed fermentation farmhouse beer was aged in Foudre No.1 for five months, before further ageing on oodles of fresh raspberries. A riot of sweet berry juiciness with balanced acidity and the addition of fresh basil leaves for subtle complexity.

Pours a clear red with soapy pink head.
Smell is fruity, tart and slightly yeasty. Notes of raspberries, raspberry jam, lemon and basil.
Taste is fruity, tart and a bit floral. Notes of raspberries, lime and basil with spicy, yeasty and peppery hints and a slight bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium with effervescent carbonation.
Overall, a fantastic fruited farmhouse ale, incredibly drinkable.
