Anniversaire is a celebration of everything we love about mixed fermentation. Lightly spiced in the boil, this special edition beer was fermented and aged in French Chardonnay barriques with wild yeast strains. This unique iteration is a blend of two exceptional barrels, with a very light fruit addition of Danish sour cherries to truly elevate the beer.
