Trying it at Wisconsin Brewing Company. Very flavorful pilsener. Lots of malt character and a good earthy hop taste. Pretty good.

A collaboration of a good dozen or so of Madison-area brewers. It was fermented at Wisconsin Brewing Company, which is where I had it on tap.
A soapy, white head with nice lacing. Yellow-gold color. A grassy, grainy aroma. It starts with a nice, floral bitterness. Grainy and dry. Smooth malt starts to come through. The finish is the dry, grainy hops over the malt.
This is absolutely excellent. It has a wonderful hop profile and it's crisp, smooth, and has a velvety finish. This is the perfect showcase of what Madison area brewers are capable of.
