8/4...pours fresh reddish amber with foam that settles out. Bready toffee nose, faint hop. Some cola notes. Cherry sweet harsh bitter. Astringent throughout. Watery mouthfeel. So so.

Aroma is very malty, a variety of breads with a hint of tobacco. The flavor is bread/malts, fruit/dark fruit, a hint of tobacco and a mix of earthy and mild tartness in the finish.

On tap at the hotel. Nice color, light head, smooth taste...not a lot of hops but a smooth slightly caramel malty taste. Very easy to drink.

Poured out a clear, reddish color with a small white head of foam. It smelled of bready malt with touch of grassy hops. It had a sweet malty flavor with a grassy hop bitterness. It was crisp and smooth.

Deep red color, whitish head, no lacing. Malty smell, no apparent hops. Sweet malty taste. Light crisp mouthfeel. If a beer were aiming to be average in every way then this would win a prize.

Thick, creamy light brown head. Deep amber/red color. Faint, caramel malt smell. Toasty grain and sweet malt flavor, limited on the yeast and hops. Clean finish, medium body, average to low carbonation. An easy drinker; nothing special but not bad at all.
