This blonde ale shows a nice balance between sweet and bitter, add in the flavors from a whole bunch of NJ harvested orange blossom honey and you get citrus notes, smooth body, and floral aromas.

Bright golden pour with a pure white one finger head. At it's best, this beer balances hop citrus bitterness with honey sweetness pretty well. Overall though, flavor is muted and the body and mouthfeel are flimsy. One and done here.

Around medium carbonation with a just below average body.
Aroma has honey, floral, with a bit of citrus and mild earthy hops.
Taste didn’t stray too far from the aroma withe honey showing up but it wasn't overly sweet nor did it dominate the taste.
Perfect summertime beer.

On-tap @ 22 West Tap & Grill in Bridgewater, NJ.
Deep gold color with excellent clarity. A small white head leaves behind rings of lacing on the glass.
Very light, mild aromas of sweet malt. A touch of floral hops but very faint.
Sweet flavor, and you can tell that there is more at work here than just the malt. No sign of hops at all in the flavor, just sweet honey all the way.
Very clean and easy to drink. Despite the sweetness, it's not a cloying beer. Medium bodied. Overall, a little too one note but that one note is a good one. Could use a little more balance though.

Hill Street Honey pours a hazy gold. Small white head, with some clingy lace.
The smell is heavy on the local Jersey honey. Very pleasant. Citrus hops as well.
Layered honey flavors. Grainy with a bitter citrus hop presence. Reminds me more of an English style pale ale. Not as hop forward as many American examples.
Light bodied and drinkable. Medium carbonation. Though this may be because I opened my growler a few days after the fill.
Over all a good beer. Looking forward to more from these guys!
