Pop’s is our 10.0% ABV Maple Imperial Pumpkin Ale. We harvest the sap here in the Hudson Valley and make the syrup ourselves. We use 70 pounds of pumpkin in the boil kettle and mildly spice the beer as well.

Pours a translucent amber with a tight band around the shoulders. Nose expresses maple syrup and allspice. Taste follows nose - pumpkin is hidden in the background. Mouthfeel is light in body with a mild, even carbonation. Overall a solid pumpkin beer. Maple has held up well and pumpkin isn't too forward.

Dark amber to walnut in color. Off white, dense head. Whiskey barrel and soft wood notes dominate the nose; Light apple fruitiness and vanilla. Smoked, roasted pumpkin on palate. Pineapple gives it an airy sweetness when paired with some earthy maple. Cinnamon syrup; pie spices are well integrated. Very well attenuated. Low carb, slightly velvet feel, and finishes with semi dry crispness. One of the more complex pumpkin beers.
