Our heartfelt Belgian tripel pays homage to three generations of the Baxter family. Named after their first born grandson, this beer is made from a simple recipe that lets the complexity of the Belgian yeast shine.

On-tap at Mill House Brewing Company, Poughkeepsie, NY
A: The beer is clear golden yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of candi sugars, Belgian yeast, and spices are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of candi sugars and peppery spices. There are hints of Belgian yeast.
M: It feels a bit more than medium-bodied and a little sticky on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found that this tripel managed to hide its alcohol very well from the taste.
