32oz. crowler into a Brooklyn Brewery snifter. Crowlered on 11/14/20
Beer looks like pink bubblegum. Muddy with a deep color. Nose is raspberry, cane sugar, strawberry, sweet tarts, and jolly rancher. Solid if strange. Beer opens raspberry and strawberry. Foamy with a slight powdery sugar presence. Juicy, sweet, and seedy tartness in the middle. Finishes with a slight creamy butteriness. Short, almost minty aftertaste. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and foamy on the palate and goes down messy with a slight, filmy aftertaste.
Not a huge fan of this one. The minty presence is a touch weird and the body isn't right for the style.
