On tap at Eudora as a nitro. Served in a nonic glass.
Appearance: Hazy honey/amber color, but clear at the edges. Nice off-white persistent 1"4 head. Thick strands of persistent lacing.
Smell: Very faint malty aroma, with some leafy notes. Not a lot going on in aroma.
Taste: Nice bitterness (definite Fuggle hops0 balanced with a nice malt sweetness. Definitely bitter, but not overpowering, as per the style.
Mouthfeel: Soft, smooth, good thickness - the nitro definitely shows through. A little sticky on the teeth.
Overall / Drinkability: I think this fit the ESB style well other than the non-existent aroma. Easily drinkable, and while I had it by itself, I think it would pair well with food. Not an amazing ESB, but certainly fits the style well.

Look - after it settled it didn't look very clean. light brown with a foamy nitro head and lacing
Smell and taste - malty with a slight bartlett pear taste
Feel - creamy medium light body
Overall - interesting to try an ESB on nitro
