Conceived during the Eagle Creek Fire of 2017, our Head Brewer stood outside watching some of his favorite trails burst into flames. Less is more. This beer contains Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra hops with more of an emphasis on the unique aroma and flavor of this hop trio. Drink up!

Long story short, this is just your clean, classic, clear, beautifully piney and citrus forward IPA. No frills or gimmicks. Give me this at the source and I'm a happy man every single time. Cheers!

This has been brought back. The second batch I did not think was as good as the original. This last batch (Xmas 2018) was as good as the first batch! Great smell, body, with the initial hop bite migrating to a fir (think spruce or noble fir tips) flavor. Very unique! Finishes clean. Full of emotion from the brewer if you know the back story. A terrible loss inspired an awesome beer. Try it!
