Love me some kittens....Pours into my Hennepin stemmed glass a clear burnt orange tangerine-like color with a half finger bone white head that settles nicely into a frothy mass.Some lactic notes and funk stand out mainly in the nose with a bit of a stone fruit element as well.Slightly sour and sharp on the palate with mild lactose sugar flavors in the finish but the funk and mild sourness dominate the flavor profile.Not a funky and or sour beer fan but this isn't bad,the alcohol is hidden pretty well.
