RIS fermented in red wine barrels. The wine notes are upfront in the taste, followed by the roasted malts, and finishing off with dark chocolate. Bitterness to balance the alcohol which is there but not a prevalent flavor. Black color with tan head that sticks around. Smells roasty. Good mouthfeel. Very good RIS
