Downtown location at 110 S San Francisco. Tap room is in the back, cocktails upfront. Beers are brewed at the separate east Flagstaff location. Low industrial ceiling, concrete floors. L-shaped bar, low community table, and high top tables. Twenty taps, with a wide range of styles. Beers in the cooler to go. Laid back staff, but very helpful.

Brewery is in a metal warehouse building located in a small industrial park on the outskirts of town. Taproom is very small, with a short bar on the left side opposite the entry and a few tables next to the frementers. They sell single cans to go. Friendly, professional bartender.

I went to the brewery in Williams, Arizona. Staff was totally fine despite the negative warnings. Good selection of beers - around 16 available. They are also accommodating to families. Large area, good stop post Grand Canyon.

Was in Williams for a few days and fell in love with this place. Great food, beer, and atmosphere. The other restaurants nearby also serve their beer.

Some folks here are reviewing the Historic Barrel and Bottle House located at 110 S. SAN FRANCISCO SUITE C - FLAGSTAFF. My review is for the HBC brewery location at the address listed above. A funky tasting room has been carved out the brewery warehouse. You can sit at a long bar or on one of picnic tables. Over a dozen beers on tap. The bar manager was very friendly and helped my wife and I decide on a beer. We went with the Alternative Facts IPA (Imperial Double) and the Big Beer Theory stout (specialty barrel series). Both were excellent. There is a food truck later in the day parked out front. Some parking in a lot that is shared with the business next door and plenty of spots on the street. Don't be put off by the location (light industrial).

Located away from downtown in a warehouse space, but well worth the trip. Very friendly bartender who will make sure you're well taken care of. When we stopped by there was an interesting mix of locals and out of town-ers. Wide selection of beer styles to choose from, blonde to hoppy to dark to sour. We tried 4 and they were all solid. Will definitely be back if we're in the area.

Smaller, modern feeling box of a place...bar to the left as you enter...a load of draft options...plenty of quite worthy beers on tap...beer to go in growlers was an option...friendly guy behind the bar is always a plus...also a friendly crowd on a rainy winters night...worth a visit

Went to the downtown Flagstaff location on a Friday night and the place was basically empty. Not sure what that was all about. Decor is like any other contemporary hip place, kinda uninspired. That being said the bartenders were nice and the selection of guest beers is fantastic. I would like to try this place again the next time I'm in the area.

Kelton was working in the Brewery today. Great knowledge of the beer. Enjoyed the IPA, nice aroma flavor lingered. Filled a growler to take back to Sedona. I enjoy sitting where the beers are brewed. Small nano brewery. At East end of Flagstaff. Definitely worth the visit.

Last stop of hitting three breweries in flagstaff on the way to Sedona. This was by far the best from a beer quality stand point. Samplers for a buck, I think they had 8 taps: 4 of their core line up and 4 experimental. I thoroughly enjoyed everything I tried. All we're stand out great but I would highlight Nooks and Crannies a spiced ale with cranberries and pretty high abv. It was out of this world excellent.
Location is outskirts of town in an industrial area. Parking out front of a warehouse. Inside is a long bar, with a row of tables adjacent that is about half the space. The other half is the actual brewery with all their equipment. Had an intimate, small space vibe. Couple of board games were around. Place was quite packed on a Friday night. Service was attentive by a lone bartender. Prices were reasonable, could do growler fills of all the core line up. Again the stand out feature of this place was an amazing line up of unique, high quality beers. If I lived in a flagstaff I'd be in here every night. Young brewery, I hope they get to bottling and distributing soon.

A sweet taproom in the brewery. A long bar and a few tables with a friendly bartender. Beers are all very solid, beers with character instead of just another IPA, and pale ale. Draft only, no bottles or cans.
