A brown wild ale. Aged in red wine barrels with Brett.
An opaque brown with white head that fades fairly quick but leaves some nice lacing
Smells like Brett. A bit funky and like horse stable. Definitely some extra fruity notes as well. No wine or oak notes in the nose
Taste is were the oak and wine come in. Thin mouthfeel from wine tannins and the Brett. Nice fruity Brett characteristics to go with the malt of the base beer.
Overall, a nice Brett beer.
