Tap pour at the downtown taproom. Served chilled in a nonic glass. Now listed as 'Hefe', with a 5.3ABV%. Unfiltered, pale gold colored body. Long lasting white head. Leaves a partial sheet of lacing.
Aroma of banana yeast and apple fruit, plus coriander.
Taste of banana and coriander, plus green apple.
Medium mouth feel. Crisp and clean finish. Very good carbonation.
