Hazy shiny yellow with a small white head.
Smells like sugared citrus slices, honey, spices and even sweet nut. Quite perfumey and rich.
Sour citrus up front, with lemon and underripe orange. Light grainy malt, splashed with lots of honey. Floral notes, green tea, even mint, surprisingly. A rich fresh chestnut taste towards the end, a bit earthy, but the citrus zing keeps it afloat. Some hop bitterness too.
Aftertaste is floral, nutty, citrusy. Medium body, medium carbonation.
This was quite a surprise, really tasty, really refreshing, a bit complex too.
