A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a clear light gold topped by a dense and rocky four finger white head that retains well and fades very slowly. Tons of nucleation coming from the bottom of the glass as well. Once the head starts to fade it does have some nice lacing
S: Smells of some peppery spice and ginger with some nice citrus notes from the addition of the lime peel. slight doughy malt aroma as well.
T: Taste is a little tart and citrusy up front with some peppery spice and ginger. There's that doughy malt as well as a hint of funk along with a slight fruitiness. Swallow is more pepper and ginger with some lingering light tartness, hints of funk, and light citrus.
M: This beer is fairly light in body and a little slick on the palate with soft carbonation that is adequate. The beer has a drying finish as well which is pleasant.
O: Overall this is a pretty tasty beer. The adjuncts make some interesting contributions to the flavor profile and the brett also does some interesting things. Pretty good but I will not be sad that this will likely never be made again.
