Had at the brewery, pours a nice orange to dark amber color, fairly clear, with a decent head. Smell is malty, some obscure spices in the back. Description of the beer says brewed with local sweet potatoes and spices. Flavor indicates this a bit more, there's a big maltiness to this beer, very chewy, sweet dark fruits dominate. Finishes with some spice and a bit of brown sugar/maple syrup. Feel is slightly sticky, some carbonation, medium to heavy body. A cool beer overall, very reminiscent of Autumn Maple by the Bruery, but a bit lighter.
