This beer pours as clear as any beer I have ever witnessed. Austin looks like white Mellon juice. You only get a half inch of off white head that fades to a wall lace in a minute. The nose has hints of mellon, sweet bread and soft spices. Very lovely nose. Taste is dry yet bold and complex. You get spice and soft white fruits. It has a honey like silky feel. It is not overly sweet or cloying. Overall a perfect example of the style.

A new farmhouse style brew from Ozark. It is reminiscent of Boulevard's Tank 7. The differences are noticeable, though. Claire is not as tart and has a slightly less peppery feel to it. Still, Claire is a little spicy, without being overwhelming. The nose and taste are citrus fruits, floral, and peppery at the end.
