This blend of three separately aged barrels is on tap today. A farmhouse, a Belgian, and a Vienna lager, aged 2,3 & 4 years in red wine barrels with different strains of brettanomyces. One barrel was quite tart, one was more mild, and another was even less. The blend produces one of the most complex sour beers we've ever brewed. Mouthwateringly tart and layered.

Draft at Ozark. Poured a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled phenolic with tart notes of lemon. Nice sour taste with lemon, barnyard funk, caramel and yeastiness.
