Pours a pale straw coloration with a medium, frothy head. Smell is quite hoppy, with citrus and gooseberry notes dominating and a hint of peach, biscuity malt and hay coming through as well. Taste follows the nose, being quite hoppy and dominated by tart gooseberry and zesty citrus notes: lime peel, orange, with some light yeast esters of green apple/pear, biscuity malt and hay coming through as well. Finishes with a light bitterness and acidity, with some citrus notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This is quite hoppy indeed, drinking almost more like a Pale Ale than a Saison, if it wasn't for that mild tartness and light yeast esters. Quite enjoyable in its own way, but purists will probably want to stay away from this.

Pours a hazed orange colored beer with a bigger, foamy white head to it.
Smells of tomato and blueberry bush, together with crackers, bread dough malts and a hint of dry
lemons among dried garden herbs.
Has a light, truly refreshing mouthfeel with a bubbly effervescence during its finish, highlighting a long lasting bitter aftertaste.
Tastes of a dry herb presence, which mingles together with both orange peel and lemon zest among a slightly peppery peak. This creates room for a herbal quality, which settles atop all other flavors, establishing a great complexity. Finishes silk, with an utmost dry hop presence, inheriting dried hops and dried orange zest, leading to an utmost refreshing finish.
Very nice saison, light and hoppy at the same time, with a pleasant, prevailing dryness till the end.
